long time no learn english.
there were countless times to start learning english and stopped for various reasons.

the same with you,I qiut english since I enter the college, but I still past the CET4&6with a high grade,  now I worked here for almost half a year,
and find it's no use in here at all,I wonder should I start learn it again?
